Bio
After finishing his internship and graduating from the Denver Academy of Court Reporting, in 1990 Lance Steinbeisser moved to Miami for his first position as a freelancer, court reporting for Miami-Dade County Commission meetings, Miami-Dade Property Value Assessment Board hearings, Miami Review meetings, U.S. Federal Grand Jury proceedings, civil trials, and depositions. In 1993, at the age of 23, Lance became the youngest senior court reporter for the Supreme Court of New York, working on everything from highly technical medical malpractice cases to serious criminal cases. In 1997, he moved back to Miami to freelance for a firm focusing on complex commercial clients. In 2008, Lance opened Steinotype, Inc., a full-service court reporting firm based in Miami serving a global roster of elite legal clients.
